Urban Acres is preparing a bountiful evening of food and conversation.
On March 26, the Oak Cliff-based organic market and produce co-op, will present “A Steward’s Dinner,” featuring the creations of five local chefs and the words of author, speaker and alternative farmer Joel Salatin.
Tickets cost $125 for the 7 to 9 p.m. event at the Four Corners Brewing Co. brewery, 423 Singleton, in West Dallas. Reservations are required and will be accepted beginning Thursday right here.
Urban Acres’ farm suppliers will provide ingredients for the family-style meal prepared by former Bolsa chef Graham Dodds now of Central 214, former York Street chef Sharon Hage, Chad Houser of Cafe Momentum, Nicole Van Camp of Chef Nicole’s Secret Supper Club and Mark Molter of Tart Bakery.
